Administrative
Leadership
Ms.
Hildebrandt is the Administrative Director of the PCRC and reports
to the Program Director and Associate Program Director on the day-to-day
management of the clinical research center. The Administrative Director
(AD) plans and executes all phases of administration of the PCRC
according to NIH/NCRR
and institutional guidelines. This includes planning, arranging,
developing and monitoring the administrative and financial systems
of the PCRC and its associated infrastructure. Areas of responsibility
also include institutional coordination, finance, grantsmanship
and personnel. Investigators interested in using PCRC services are
encouraged to meet with Mrs. Hildebrandt to review the various PCRC
resources available.
Issues the Administrative Director is able to assist investigators
with include:
- Assistance
in determining ancillary costs in preparation of the protocol
application and budget
- Specific
questions or information concerning submitting a protocol to the
GCRC Advisory Committee
- Questions
on patient billing issues
- Protocol
activation
- Patient
data information on patient specific protocols
